Primarily represents hedge funds, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions in regulatory and enforcement proceedings, as well as related civil and bankruptcy litigation matters.
Kevin is also dedicated to his pro bono practice, with a particular focus on Section 1983 civil rights litigation.
