Overview
Timothy (Tim) Mondloch focuses his practice on litigation matters. He has experience advising on high stakes and complex commercial litigation, employment, and white-collar defense cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Tim served as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defenders office. While in law school, Tim was the editor in chief of the University of Miami Race & Social Justice Law Review.
