Overview
Nana Agyeman Taylor focuses her practice on corporate matters, particularly on the structuring, formation, investor negotiations, and operation of private investment funds, including those involving buyouts, private credit, venture capital, and other pooled investment funds. She represents and advises sponsors of, and institutional investors in, private investment funds, co-investment vehicles, and separately managed accounts across a variety of sectors. She also drafts fund documentations, including subscription agreements, offering memoranda, side letters, investment management agreements, limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, and various ancillary agreements.
Nana has assisted clients in their pursuit of private equity investments, including with early-stage development funds, breakout company funds, purchases, and acquisitions. She also advises clients on regulatory compliance with federal securities laws and other onshore and offshore fund compliance.
