Overview
Renae N. Flowers leads knowledge management strategy and innovation for the Health & Life Sciences practice group, building the content, systems, and tools that enable our lawyers to deliver consistent, high quality, and cost effective service. She oversees the full lifecycle of the group’s healthcare regulatory knowledge assets, including precedent development, multistate resources, sector-specific guidance, and client-facing platforms.
Renae partners with attorneys and practice group leaders to identify emerging knowledge needs, optimize workflows, and integrate technology and AI-driven tools into everyday practice. She develops scalable processes and frameworks that strengthen the group’s knowledge infrastructure and support long term innovation and drives initiatives that position the practice group to respond quickly to regulatory developments and emerging client demands.
Her prior work as a healthcare regulatory lawyer includes advising healthcare providers, digital health companies, and other industry stakeholders on issues involving telehealth and virtual care models, fraud and abuse compliance, health information privacy, facility licensure, and provider scope of practice. This background enables her to spot patterns, anticipate regulatory developments, and shape knowledge solutions that equip teams to serve clients with greater clarity and efficiency.
