Sarah Seiwon Kyung focuses her practice on private client and wealth management matters.
Sarah has experience handling a wide range of domestic and international estate planning matters. She has assisted high-net-worth individuals with federal income and transfer tax compliance and mitigation strategies and also handles cross-border matters such as offshore tax compliance, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act compliance, pre-immigration planning, and expatriation.
Prior to joining McDermott Will & Schulte, she worked as a Certified Public Accountant in leading accounting firms and investment bank.
