Advises clients across a wide range of sectors on matters related to intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, information technology and artificial intelligence, including in the context of mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy and restructuring, joint ventures and other strategic commercial transactions; negotiation of technology, IP licensing, alternative data and other agreements; trademark clearance, prosecution and enforcement; domain name infringement and ICANN dispute resolution; and emergency incident response to web spoofing, phishing and similar cyberattacks.
