Overview

Stephanie S. McCann focuses her practice on corporate finance. She represents private equity groups, private credit funds, commercial lending institutions, and major public and private companies in connection with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of domestic and international secured and unsecured financing transactions, including senior, unitranche, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, junior capital financings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, loan workouts, and restructurings. Stephanie is the chair of the firm’s Compensation Committee. She also is a current member of the firm’s Executive and Management Committees.

Results

Represented private equity groups and their portfolio companies and private credit funds in connection with negotiation of debt commitment letters for the purposes of funding acquisitions, including senior secured credit facilities, secured second-lien credit facilities, bridge debt facilities and mezzanine debt facilities
Represented a private equity group in connection with $1.7 billion senior secured term loan and asset-based loan facilities for the acquisition of a national department store retailer
Represented a leading distributor of building products in connection with a $1.483 billion senior secured term loan facility, a $1 billion senior secured asset-based loan facility, a $700 million senior secured notes offering and a $350 million senior notes offering
