Overview
McDermott Will & Emery advised the sellers (including mainly Azulis Capital and Aquiti Gestion, as well as Serge Marcillaud, the founder) on the sale of their stake in the Talis Group, a network of post-secondary schools specializing in professional training, and the management team reinvesting in the new transaction.
IDI, a listed group specializing in private equity, along with Raise Impact, purchased a majority stake to enter the capital of the Talis Group next to its founder and the management.
With this transaction, the Talis Group intends to accelerate its development and consolidate its position in the private education market in higher education through external growth.
