Diane Morgenthaler will present “Section 401(k) Plans” at the program entitled ERISA Basics, sponsored by the Joint Committee on Employee Benefits of the American Bar Association (ABA) on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 4:15 – 5:15 pm CT. Diane’s session will cover operation, design and planning alternatives for retirement plans governed by Section 401(k) of the tax code.
