International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce that it has once again been named a Law360 Practice Group of the Year for Health Care. This is the second consecutive year and seventh time overall that McDermott’s Healthcare team has been honored with this recognition.
In 2022, the team worked alongside industry leaders across sectors in their most high-stakes matters, including representing CVS Health in its definitive agreement to acquire Signify Health, Inc., a leader in Health Risk Assessments, value-based care and provider enablement, and guiding Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. in its $18 billion strategic combination with Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated. McDermott is also well-known for its work with healthcare private equity funds and associated portfolio companies, digital health companies in addition to health systems, hospitals, medical groups, physician practice management companies, payors, life sciences and medical device companies on their most significant transactions.
