Overview
Glen Ready focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, internal reorganizations, and corporate governance. He also provides support to the Firm’s family office and family-owned business clients with respect to their corporate and transactional needs.
Glen maintains an active pro bono practice in which he has represented individuals in clemency and expungement proceedings, nonprofit entities, and public benefit corporations.
