Overview
Oliver Cheng focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters.
While in law school, Oliver served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Nathanael Cousins of the US District Court for the Northern District of California and as a summer associate at McDermott. He also was a senior symposium editor and a staff editor for the UC Law Journal and served as the vice president of finance for the UC Law Business Society. Oliver also maintains an active pro bono practice, participating in a wide variety of matters including advising nonprofits.
