Mitch represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, private equity funds, and private companies in a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, minority investments, equity financings, and restructurings. Mitch also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters.

- Represented Soros Fund Management in a consortium’s $82.5 million acquisition of BuzzFeed’s First We Feast, the production company behind the popular interview show “Hot Ones”*
- Represented Mill Point Capital in its acquisition of Seviroli Foods, Inc., a leading manufacturer of frozen pasta and other food products, and Vertullo Imports LLC, a leading specialty food importer*
- Represented Mill Point Capital and Seviroli Foods in their carve-out acquisition of the Italian food products portfolio of Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc.*
- Represented Mill Point Capital in its acquisition of E&M Logistics, a US direct store delivery distributor of ice cream, frozen and fresh foods, and beverages*
