Sarah practices in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.
During law school, Sarah was an intern at the Office of General Counsel of the US Small Business Administration. The summer before entering law school, she interned with Morgan Stanley. As an undergraduate, she interned for the Office of US Senator Charles E. Schumer in New York and Washington, DC.
