Advises on capital markets transactions, public company advisory matters and special situations, representing investors, sponsors, bondholders, companies and investment banks in a wide variety of investments, including equity investments such as PIPEs, private preferred equity and tender offers, public company advice in connection with IPOs, follow on offerings, board service and public company reporting obligations and debt investments such as high yield and investment grade bonds, in and out-of-court restructuring transactions and exchange offers.

David works with a diverse range of clients including investors, bondholders, sponsors and their portfolio companies, strategic issuers and investment banks.
