Olivia has also advised clients on corporate governance and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions deals for private equity firms, venture-backed startups, and closely held businesses, handling due diligence through deal execution.

While in law school, Olivia served as a staff editor, then as the executive editor of Loyola’s Consumer Law Review. She also served as a clinician for Loyola’s Business Law Clinic, where she provided free legal counsel to clients on a variety of corporate matters.
