Join us for a webinar co-hosted by McDermott Will & Schulte and FTI Consulting to explore the current state of labor relations and practical strategies for effective labor and crisis communications.

Discussion topics will include:

  • The current legal and regulatory landscape affecting union activity, collective bargaining, and National Labor Relations Board enforcement
  • Best practices for proactive labor communications, including multi-stakeholder engagement and crisis response strategies
  • Legal compliance considerations for labor communications, including privilege, confidentiality, and message framing
  • Case studies from union organizing campaigns, contract negotiations, work stoppages, and labor actions

Continuing legal education (CLE) credit is pending. McDermott Will & Schulte LLP is an approved provider and can provide credit in California, Illinois, and New York.
