Byron Kalogerou was co-author of this bylined article describing a new ABA publication on “Using Legal Project Management in Merger and Acquisition Transactions.” Mr. Kalogerou co-chaired the ABA task force that produced the publication, which has checklists, templates and other tools that can be downloaded and customized to suit particular M&A deals and other corporate transactions.
