Andrew Liazos participated in panel discussion entitled, “Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation Update” at the ABA Section of Taxation May Meeting in Washington, DC.

This panel examined recent and pending regulatory and enforcement activity relating to Section 401(k) plans and other defined contribution plans. It also included a discussion of issues relating to missing participants, uncashed checks, and required minimum distributions.
