Panelists will explore the intersection of privacy law and AI in healthcare, focusing on state, federal, and international efforts to regulate the use of clinical data. They will discuss the impact of privacy regulation on AI models, highlighting recent updates to HIPAA, state-level privacy policies, and AI companies’ approach to developing internal policies on AI models as each relates to cybersecurity and model accuracy. The panel also will consider the new administration’s priorities and will conclude with practical data management tips based on the evolving regulatory landscape.
