Owen joins from Tristan Capital Partners, a leading real estate private equity firm, where he served as Executive Director. He brings deep experience advising on the structuring, execution and asset management of complex debt investments across the UK and continental Europe. His practice spans senior and mezzanine financing, development funding and loan restructurings, with a proven track record of supporting institutional sponsors and lenders on cross-border transactions.
