International law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented AeriTek Global Holdings LLC (AeriTek), a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC, in its acquisition of Minus Forty QBD Corp. (Due North), a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration solutions across the United States and Canada.
This transaction creates a scaled, global platform that will deliver innovative, high-quality and energy efficient refrigeration solutions to customers worldwide.
