International law firm McDermott Will & Emery represented Equinox Management Group, Inc., a New Jersey-based specialty insurance underwriter, producer and third-party administrator, and its principals Suzanne Whalen and Kevin Leys in the sale of the companies to One80 Intermediaries, Inc., a subsidiary of Kelso-backed RSC Insurance Brokerage, Inc.
