Overview
Adam Mazin focuses his practice on real estate transactions and real estate finance. He counsels developers, real estate investments trusts, and owners on the acquisition and disposition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial property, across all asset classes.
Prior to joining McDermott, Adam was an associate at a US law firm. During law school, he was a judicial intern to the Hon. Annette K. Ziegler of the Wisconsin Supreme Court and served as an articles editor for the Wisconsin International Law Review.
