Overview
Bradley (Brad) R. Burcroff focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as other private companies, in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; leveraged buyouts; cross-border transactions; corporate carve-outs; joint ventures; minority investments; financings; reorganizations; and corporate governance matters.
Brad also provides day-to-day general corporate advice and counsel on business operations, including employment matters, equity compensation, and commercial contracts.
Brad’s experience spans various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing/industrials, services, retail, internet and technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, insurance, consumer electronics, and cannabis.
