Overview
Brett Boskiewicz is a trusted legal advisor to healthcare industry clients on complex litigation, dispute resolution and risk mitigation.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience in both in-house and outside counsel roles, Brett advises health plans, payors, and other healthcare industry stakeholders on regulatory compliance, government investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation strategy. He has particular experience in managed care, Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), class action, and payor-provider disputes.
In his prior role as in-house counsel at a Fortune 15 global health company, Brett directed litigation strategy for major healthcare, behavioral health, and health benefit matters. He leverages this experience to deliver creative, business-oriented legal solutions that align with his clients’ strategic objectives. Brett has also developed artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted workflows to enhance the speed, quality, and efficiency of large-scale document reviews in complex healthcare matters.
In addition to his practice, Brett regularly speaks on emerging issues affecting the healthcare industry, including the transformative impact of AI and its ethical implications in healthcare dispute resolution.
