Concentrates in the area of complex business transactions with a particular focus on structuring, negotiating and managing the legal aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, growth equity and venture capital investments, debt financings, roll-ups and restructurings.
Over the last 25 years, Dan has served as principal counsel in the representation of numerous portfolio companies of private equity and venture capital funds in a wide array of industries including healthcare, industrials, financial services and technology.
He has considerable experience in representing privately owned companies and their investors in corporate governance and securities matters and routinely advises officers and directors on fiduciary responsibilities, disclosure obligations and contentious matters.

Dan was an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law from 2016 to 2018, and has previously served as general counsel to Arsenal Capital Partners, a middle market private equity investment firm focused on healthcare and specialty industrial investments.
