Gloria Ho counsels high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and other wealth management matters. She also advises on corporate matters relating to family office management companies, private investment funds, and incentive equity programs.
Gloria’s prior experience includes representing US and global sponsors in the formation and operation of multi-billion-dollar private equity, infrastructure, and credit funds, as well as advising on co-investments, continuation funds, secondary transactions, and related regulatory compliance matters. She has also advised institutional investors on M&A transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border negotiations.
