Luca Airaghi assists companies, private equity and venture capital funds on a wide range of corporate matters, focusing his practice primarily on M&A and private equity transactions as well as on real estate ones, with particular experience handling cross-border transactions. He also advises clients engaged in varied industries in relation to the draft of a broad array of commercial agreements.

Luca also gained experience in assisting financial intermediaries, asset management companies and securities brokerage companies with regard to their incorporation and even in the context of extraordinary transactions, dealing with both corporate and regulatory aspects.
