Overview
Wendy Morris-Campbell focuses her practice on e-discovery and litigation matters. She has extensive experience leveraging advanced technologies for the collection, preservation, search, review, and production of electronically stored information. Wendy collaborates with litigation teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
Prior to joining the Firm, Wendy oversaw a team of lawyers leading e-discovery reviews for Fortune 500 and AmLaw 100 clients at an international legal and technology service provider. There, she worked on matters concerning opioid litigation as well as breach of contract, intellectual property disputes, complex civil litigation, governmental investigations, employment discrimination, product liability, and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities issues.
In private practice, Wendy has represented commercial entities in Chapters 7, 9, and 11 matters as both debtors and creditors before the US bankruptcy courts. She also served as a judicial law clerk for US bankruptcy judges in the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the Northern District of Illinois.
Wendy holds a certificate in privacy law and data protection.
