Mark A. Nelson focuses his practice on employment matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mark served as a law clerk for the Honorable Samuel H. Mays Jr. of the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and for the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
During law school, Mark was the executive online editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and served on the journal’s executive board.
