Overview
Sam Scaletta focuses his practice on corporate advisory and transactional matters, with a particular concentration on debt financing transactions. He advises private equity firms, strategic buyers, banks, private lenders, and other institutions on a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, and restructurings.
During law school, Sam served as a note editor for the Notre Dame Journal of International and Comparative Law.
