David Beach focuses his practice on representing clients in complex employment and labor litigation.

David defends companies in individual, collective and class action litigation involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §1981, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act, and related state and local employment and labor laws.  David also represents companies in litigation initiated to prevent the disclosure of trade secrets or the violation of non-compete, non-solicit, and other post-employment obligations.
