Overview

International law firm McDermott Will & Emery is pleased to announce the arrival of Atlanta-based partner Daniel (Dan) M. Simon to the Firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Dan is the latest addition to our growing Atlanta office, and to our rapidly expanding restructuring team. Dan joins the Firm from DLA Piper.

“Dan is a terrific lawyer with the institutional knowledge to quickly assess clients’ restructuring goals and leverage opportunities to drive results,” Felicia Perlman, global co-head of the Firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group, said. “We’re pleased to add Dan to our growing restructuring team and know that our clients will instantly benefit from his veteran presence in the booming Atlanta market. His background advising on distressed healthcare and food and beverage matters also aligns with McDermott’s industry expertise, providing our clients with an even greater competitive advantage in these sectors.”
