McDermott Will & Emery advised Frichti, a pioneer in food delivery in France, and its founders on its entry into exclusive discussions that should lead to an acquisition by Gorillas, a leading German player in the field of food delivery.
Among the first foodtech businesses in France, Frichti launched in Paris in 2015 and focused on delivering ready-to-eat meals. It expanded into groceries in 2018 and started its own label.
