McDermott Advises Argos Wityu on the acquisition of a Majority Stake in MCC Group

McDermott Will & Emery has advised Argos Wityu, an independent European investment fund, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the MCC Group, a French family-owned group comprising five companies: FEDD, Leroy Automation, Phenix Electronique, Team 31 Toulouse Electronic Assembly and DMAI, as well as on the acquisition of Axteam.

This operation reflects the desire of the family managers to ensure the smooth transfer, and sustainability, of the group and its 300 regional jobs, and to pursue its development in new markets.
