Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised Bpifrance on exclusive negotiations with a consortium of investors led by Bpifrance and Three Hills, with a view to reorganizing the shareholder structure of the Socomore Group.
Carried out alongside Société Générale Capital Partenaires and Crédit Mutuel Equity, this operation aims to bring them into the group’s capital in order to support its strategy focused on innovation, sustainable development and international growth. This transaction also marks the exit of Raise Invest, which had been supporting the group since 2018.
Socomore designs and manufactures solutions for aircraft manufacturers, subcontractors, maintenance workshops and industrial sectors.
