Tobias Thiemann advises national and international clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions in the areas of private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He supports companies and financial investors in all aspects of transactions, including joint ventures, carve-outs, and divestitures, and also provides counsel on general corporate law matters, transformations, and restructurings.

Prior to joining McDermott, he worked for several years as an lawyer at an international business law firm, focusing on the same advisory areas.
