Overview
In recently released Chambers Europe 2015 Guide, McDermott achieved recognition in a total of 15 practice areas, which is up from 12 last year. The Firm gained two new practice area rankings for: France-Private Equity: Buyouts (Acting for Management), following a Private Equity team joining McDermott Will & Emery from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in April 2015, as well as Germany-Tax, and was recognised for Italy-Energy & Natural Resources in ‘other noted firms’ table. This year’s results show continuous improvement in the Firm’s practice rankings over the last four years, across key European practices with recognition in the Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and Europe-wide chapters.
