The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) has released its long-awaited proposed rule to implement the “information blocking” prohibition of the 21st Century Cures Act.

The webinar analyzes the information blocking provisions of the proposed rule and discusses the significant regulatory and commercial implications for data sharing arrangements and other relationships between health care providers, health IT developers, and other stakeholders. Attendees learn:
