McDermott co-hosted a private roundtable in our Miami office focused on business expansion and planning for an exit on February 27, 2024. The event featured discussions on investment, financial, corporate and tax strategies in relation to growing a business, as well as planning for a partial and full exit of a company, with consideration of potential clean-up, modeling to improve pricing and tax advantageous planning tools.
