Gregory E. Fosheim joins The LGBT Bar for an event on “Health Care Privacy in the Era of Smart Devices and Digital Health.” Greg and panel discuss four major privacy laws that address health information (HIPAA; 42 CFR Part 2; GINA; CCPA) using real-world examples, interactive polling, and cybersecurity tips applicable to LGBTQ health care consumers and attorneys who counsel LGBTQ clients and community organizations.
