McDermott has advised Bpifrance on its acquisition of a stake in Septeo, a leading European software publisher.
This strategic transaction follows Téthys Invest and GIC’s acquisition of a stake in Septeo at the end of 2024, alongside Hugues Galambrun, CEO and his management team, and its long-standing partner Hg. Hg, one of Europe’s leading software investors, remains the company’s reference shareholder.
This partnership confirms Septeo’s development strategy, which has recently strengthened its position in the hospitality, human resources and training markets through several targeted acquisitions.
