Munich, March 17, 2022 – McDermott Will & Emery advised Danish customer service innovator Dixa ApS on its acquisition of Solvemate GmbH.
The Copenhagen-based software-as-a-service company Dixa ApS was founded in 2015 and now has additional offices in London, Berlin, Paris, Chicago, Tallinn, Kiev, Tel Aviv, and Melbourne. Dixa has raised USD 155 million in growth capital to date from General Atlantic, Notion Capital, Project A Ventures and SEED Capital.
Founded in 2015, Berlin-based Solvemate GmbH operates a platform for automated and personalized customer service using AI-powered chatbot conversations in real time. Its customer base includes more than 100 brands, including e.g. On, JustPark, Sport24, Holidu and CreditPlus.
