Overview
McDermott Will & Emery has advised KHIMOD, a French climate-tech company specializing in low-carbon synthetic molecule production technologies and CO2 valorization, as well as its historical shareholder ALCEN, in connection with a new €23 million financing round.
This transaction marks the entry of two prominent investors : the SPI fund (Sociétés de Projets Industriels), managed on behalf of the French government by Bpifrance under the France 2030 initiative, and the industrial decarbonization fund managed by Audacia.
KHIMOD’s historical shareholder, ALCEN, is also renewing its support through this round.
