Marie-Muriel Barthelet advises founders and managers, companies and private equity funds on all aspects of their corporate law issues related to national and international mergers and acquisitions operations, as well as leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Marie-Muriel was an associate at another leading international law firm.
