Overview
Delaney Prunty focuses her practice on technology, outsourcing, and commercial transactions. She advises clients on complex technology arrangements, including artificial intelligence solutions; “as a service’’ offerings; software licensing; and technology development, maintenance, and services agreements. She also counsels clients on strategic commercial relationships such as supply, manufacturing, distribution, and reseller agreements.
Additionally, Delaney advises on intellectual property and commercial contract issues in mergers and acquisitions, including the negotiation of transition services agreements. In the outsourcing space, she represents clients in information technology and business process outsourcing matters, and she works with healthcare systems on revenue cycle management outsourcing transactions.
