Overview
Herschel Guez focuses on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, particularly on leveraged buyouts and other private equity transactions. He advises French and international companies, private equity funds, founders and managers on acquisition, fund raising and disposal transactions.
Prior to joining McDermott, Herschel was an associate at other leading international law firms.
