- Defended hospital system in qui tam whistleblower litigation involving the federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law
- Obtained a benchmark settlement for victims of one of the largest labor trafficking schemes in recent US history, on a pro bono basis
- Represented a major financial institution in various civil actions relating to one of the largest Ponzi schemes in US history
