Overview


Sam Snider is the managing partner of the Firm’s Atlanta office and focuses his practice on M&A transactions, joint ventures and private placements. He represents leading global companies on a wide variety of cross border transactions.

Before returning to private practice in 2017, Sam was chief legal and compliance officer, at a leading health information technology company. Sam also led the global M&A legal function for a FTSE 100 information and analytics company.

  • Represented Baker Hughes in its:
    • Acquisition of Quest Integrity, a subsidiary of Team, Inc.
    • Acquisition of Mosaic Materials, a developer of metal-organic framework absorbents for gas separation
    • Acquisition of Quest Integrated, LLC, a designer and manufacturer or advanced robotic sensor systems that inspect, assess and monitor the integrity of critical energy infrastruture
    • Acquisition of the assets of Veros Systems, Inc., an industrial asset monitoring company
    • Investment in Ekona Power Inc., a Vancouver-based breakthrough energy technology company
    • Investment in Augury, Inc., an artificial intelligence technology company
    • Sale of its surface pressure control – flow business
    • Sale of its reciprocating compression business*
